Since 2014 the offshore oil and gas construction and installation industry has undergone significant restructuring, the way operators and project management companies operate has changed. It’s a leaner market for the companies and contractors in that industry.

A consequence of those changes has been the contraction in the personnel contracting market with the inevitable effect of the most senior, experienced people with all their knowledge and understanding being lost to the industry.
